New lambskin gloves can have residual color in the leather. To help start setting the leather dye: Upon initial wash Soak gloves in three parts COLD water to one part white vinegar (i.e. 3 cups cold water mixed with 1 cup white vinegar) for 30 minutes. Empty vinegar water and rinse gloves VERY WELL with cold water to get the vinegar out Proceed with wash instructions below….
HAND wash only (do NOT wash in machine)
COLD water only (do NOT use hot water)
GENTLE detergent (i.e. Woolite…do NOT use bleach/OXI/etc)
**Note that leather color will be released into the water**
Rinse VERY VERY WELL under cold water
Lay flat or hang to AIR dry (do NOT put in dryer)
